Shipping
Standard shipping:
Standard shipping is via Royal Mail, carts up to the value of £20 will be sent free via 2nd class (a two to three-day delivery service). Orders over £20 will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 a trackable service, you will be sent a notification via SMS or email to let you know it’s on its way and you can redirect it before delivery (This is a two-day delivery service that will extend to three during heavy periods). Standard items dispatch within 1 to 2 working days. We ship each day, Monday through Friday. No despatch at the weekends or bank holidays.
- Free 2nd Class delivery for all UK orders up to £20.
- Free Tracked 48 delivery for all UK orders over £20.
Express shipping:
Express shipping is via Royal Mail 24, a next-day delivery service (during heavy periods can take two). It is trackable with confirmation of delivery. Express items dispatch within one working day and, if ordered before 2 pm, often the same day. Exceptions are weekends and bank holidays.
- £7.00 for orders up to £40
- £4.00 for orders over £40
We currently do not send products internationally.
Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe.
We accept all major Visa & Mastercard Debit & Credit cards, plus GPay and Apple pay.
